Sarah Bishop

Sarah is the founder of Activate Consulting. Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in strategic communications, community and stakeholder engagement (IAP2 certified), issues and reputation management, change management and project management. She is also a certified coach.

Before launching Activate Consulting, Sarah held leadership and specialist roles across local and State Government in Victoria. These roles covered a variety of areas of expertise, with a focus on engagement, marketing and communications strategy and implementation.

A natural collaborator, Sarah engages people and builds relationships to help individuals, teams and organisations transform challenges into outcomes that benefit everyone involved. Her coaching work supports professionals to think more clearly, build their confidence and develop sustainable ways of working.

Sarah provides unique strategic solutions to complex issues across diverse professional disciplines including, but not limited to town planning reform, housing and urban development, organisational change and restructures, the aged care industry, family services, waste and environment, social policy issues and facility and infrastructure development.

Angela Walter

Angela has more than 25 years of experience across strategic communications, engagement, advocacy, corporate planning and customer service.

Angela is enthusiastic, energetic and driven. She has a real talent for creative thinking that adds a dynamic element to her strategy work and problem-solving.

She has held various senior management roles, primarily in the government sector, and has experience in managing large change projects and organisational corporate strategy, planning and reporting.

Angela prides herself on her work ethic and professionalism. She is passionate about working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Her experience in leadership roles enables her to develop positive working relationships whilst also delivering project outcomes.
